Services

One team for your IT, your compliance, and your cyber insurance.

Most Australian MSPs sell you the audit, then the remediation, then the support, and leave cyber insurance to a broker you have never met.

inSUPPORT runs all of it as one operating model. The remediation your audit finds is included in your support fee, not billed back as a surprise project.

One inSUPPORT team bringing managed IT, compliance and cyber insurance together into a single plan

inSUPPORT runs managed IT support, security and remediation aligned to your compliance frameworks, ongoing control maintenance, and a coordinated cyber insurance pathway, as one operating model. The remediation your audit finds is included in your support fee, not billed back as a surprise project. Insurance, backup and security-awareness are clearly-quoted add-ons, so you always see exactly what you are paying for.

What we do

Six services, run by one team, on one operating model.

Managed IT & Cyber Support

Day-to-day managed IT, security, and compliance-framework-aligned remediation and maintenance, on a flat monthly per-user support fee. For Australian businesses, roughly 30 to 300 users. Remote-first. Your remediation is included, not billed separately.

Cyber Strength Audit

An assessment of your IT environment against the compliance frameworks that apply to your industry, including relevant Essential 8 controls. Included at onboarding for managed clients, and available to smaller businesses as a standalone health check.

Compliance-Framework Remediation

We standardise and harden your environment to the controls, included in the support fee, not billed as a separate project. Through scripting and automation, most environments see their security posture score rise from around 30-40% to about 70-75% in the first week.

Cyber Insurance Pathway

Cyber insurance that matches your industry and coverage requirements, arranged through our licensed insurance partners and underwritten by some of the world's most reputable insurers. Cover is subject to the insurer's assessment. Priced as a separate line item on your quote.

Virtual CIO (vCIO) & Consultancy

Technology strategy and representation at board or leadership level, so IT is in the room when you are planning, and the CFO gets their hours back.

24/7 Helpdesk

Follow-the-sun support for Windows and Apple/Mac. A named contact and an escalation path that does not end in a ticket queue.

Also available: Microsoft 365 licensing and optimisation, AI compliance including Copilot rollouts and data-access auditing before AI goes live, frontline-worker packages covering devices, MDM and accounts, penetration testing as part of the onboarding audit, and backup and security-awareness training.

What changes when you switch

Most Australian businesses already have an IT provider. The question is not whether you are supported day to day. It is what happens when an insurer, a client or a regulator asks you to prove it.

A typical IT provider
inSUPPORT
Helpdesk and endpoint support
Patching and updates
Backup and recovery
Security aligned to the compliance frameworks for your industry
Remediation included in your fee, not quoted as a separate project
Documented evidence you can hand an insurer or a client
Cyber insurance coordinated by the same team that runs your IT

The first three are table stakes and most providers do them well. The last four are where the gap opens, and they are the four an insurer asks about.

How it works

The whole sequence is our 6 Step Cyber Strength System.

1
Discovery. A conversation about your business, your risk and your obligations.
2
Cyber Strength Audit. We document your environment and assess it against your compliance frameworks.
3
The plan. A remediation and onboarding plan, with the remediation sitting inside your support fee.
4
Onboard. About 4 hours to technical onboarding while we standardise the environment.
5
Aligned and covered. The agreed remediation program complete in 30 to 90 days by complexity, with your insurance pathway in place.
6
Ongoing. Managed support, monitoring, maintenance as policy wording changes, and quarterly business reviews.

Pricing

inSUPPORT runs on a flat monthly per-user support fee. Support starts at:

Business
$68per user / month

Monday to Friday business hours.

Retail
$100per user / month

Extended coverage for retail and multi-site operations.

Complete 24/7
$135per user / month

Round-the-clock support, every user, every device.

Retail Support covers Thursday and Friday evenings to 9:00pm and Saturday mornings, on top of standard business hours. That tier exists because inSUPPORT came out of retail IT. If your busiest trading is happening at the hours most helpdesks are closed, that is the one to look at.

Cyber insurance, backup and security-awareness training are separate, clearly-quoted line items, so nothing is buried and you see exactly what you are paying for. The remediation from your audit is included in the support fee, not billed back as a separate project. Your exact fit depends on your size and what the Cyber Strength Audit finds.

What sits alongside it

Compliant backup
Backup and disaster recovery aligned to the Essential 8, tested and confirmed free from at-rest breaches, so your environment can be restored to a specific point in time rather than to whatever the ransomware also encrypted.
Security awareness training
A phishing platform that tailors its simulated attacks to each individual user, based on how that person did in the fortnight's online class. The people who need the practice get the practice.
Apple and Windows, equally
Both operating systems supported and secured in the same ecosystem, with the same protection. Macs are not a second-class citizen here.
Microsoft licensing
inSUPPORT holds Microsoft Cloud Services accreditation, which unlocks additional licensing discounts we pass through to you.
Password vault
Because the alternative is a sticky note under the keyboard, or Bella2024! quietly becoming Bella2025!.
Support that travels
Call during your selected support hours with no penalties, whether you are in the office, on the road, or on holiday in Fiji. Your business does not stop, so neither does the desk.

Common questions

What does the monthly support fee cover?

Managed IT, the security work and compliance-framework-aligned remediation from your audit, ongoing maintenance, and helpdesk. Insurance, backup and security-awareness training are separate line items on your quote, so you can see and choose them clearly.

What size business do you work with?

Australian businesses, typically from around 30 up to 300 users.

How is this different from a traditional managed service provider?

A traditional MSP usually bills the audit, the remediation and the monthly support separately, and treats cyber insurance as someone else's problem. inSUPPORT includes the remediation in your support fee and coordinates your IT, compliance and insurance pathway as one model, so nothing falls through the gap.

Bought a business lately? You bought their gaps too.

The ransomware that led to Australia's first privacy penalty did not arrive through the front door. It landed on IT assets the company had acquired three months earlier.

They inherited an environment nobody had audited. Then they inherited the $5.8 million.

Due diligence covers the books, the contracts and the leases. It rarely covers whether the systems you are buying have been patched.

If you have bought a business, merged, taken on a new site, or absorbed another team's systems in the last twelve months, you are carrying someone else's decisions and you have never seen them.
